In 1989 each SUNY campus was invited to identify a SUNY FACT Committee Representative who would disseminate information to the campus about FACT-sponsored activities, attend the annual Conference on Instructional Technologies, and provide feedback to the FACT Advisory Council about the needs and concerns of faculty and support professionals on their campus.
